CHRISTMAS
I tend to veer away from tradition when it comes to what I make for Christmas and this collection of recipes reflects those culinary liberties including highlights from a tapas inspired Feast of the Seven Fishes to an entire menu of Chinese-American classics brought about by repeated viewings of ‘A Christmas Story.’
